The Pyramid of Menkaure at Giza in Egypt

Several of his half- brothers served at court as vizier . His cousin Mindjedef (son of Kawab ) may have been treasurer ofMenkaure.
Not much is known from the time of Menkaure. Monumentsof Giza show some construction projects Menkaure was involved in the statues found in temples give us a glimpse of the art of the time period , but not much else is known .

The best days of ancient Egypt fell between c . 3000 BC and c . 1000 BC , but the civilization remained very continuity of centuries later. Egypt was the first power in the Middle East again between 612 and 525 BC, and the Macedonian conqueror Alexander the Great felt the need to be crowned pharaoh in 332 BC .

The pyramids of Egypt were specially designed as tombs for pharaohs. They contain mummified bodies of ancient Egyptian kings and their property with their slaves. This is because the ancient Egyptians believed in life after death and therefore they must have their goods buried with them.

Why did the ancient Egyptians build the pyramids ?

are one of the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the only wonder still standing today. There are more than 90 pyramids in Egypt, all of which are on the west bank of the Nile. This is for a religious reason, which is the side of the Nile River as the sun sets.
The most famous Giza pyramid is the Pyramid of Cheops. It is 449 feet high and the sides are 755 feet long. The Pyramids of Giza cover an area greater than ten football fields and consist of more than two million blocks of limestone . The average weight of a single block is about 2 1/2 tons . It's like two midsize cars . However, some blocks can weigh up to 15 tons!this is pyramids of Egypt.

 Some information about  Horemheb in EGYPT:

1- The parents of Horemheb are not known.
2-Two wives are known from horemheb's non-royal tomb in Saqqara.
Amenia was likely Horemheb's wife before he came to the throne.
Mutnodjemet was Horemheb's Great Royal Wife. Some speculate that Mutnodjemet is identical to the sister of Nefertiti mentioned in the tombs in Amarna. Mutnodjemet was buried in Horemheb's tomb in Saqqara in Egypt, probably in year 12 of his reign. A body was found of a woman in her forties who seems to have died in childbirth.
